Using only the freshest chickens, BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken Drink is a royal broth concocted by Mr. HW Brand, the head chef of the royal kitchen for King George IV. In 1835, after his retirement from the royal kitchen, he opened a store to serve this elegant and palatable broth to the public. He called this unique broth ‘essence of chicken’.
